Course Introduction : The maxillary sinus-lift surgical technique increases the bone height in the posterior area, and enables the placement of implant-supported prostheses.
The objective of this lecture will be to review the different techniques for sinus lifting, the decision making tree and the scientific evidence for each one.
Additionally, we will do a hands-on course to practice each technique using the Dentium system, including Super Line III fixtures, Osteon III regenerative materials and the excellent surgical kit system.

Course Introduction : Contemporary management of hard and soft tissue deficiency in implant dentistry constitutes a challenge and requires a comprehensive approach.
In this hands-on course, faculty members of the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department will share their protocols and techniques tailored for different atrophic situations.
Bone harvesting, GBR, Split techniques, sinus lift and soft tissue techniques will be presented with clinical videos, and applied in dental models.
